Professionalism & Presentation: You must be customer-facing and uphold our standard of cleanliness and courtesy.
Tech-Savvy: You must have the ability to use technology to enhance your work, from scheduling and communication to diagnostic tools.
Team Player: Our staff is a cohesive team that works together, not just a collection of independent contractors.
Pay & Compensation:
We offer competitive pay with significant earning potential based on skill and efficiency.
Fixxa Builder/Fixer: $20 - $35 per hour, dependent on experience, plus bonusing.
Lead Fixxa: Our top-tier fixers typically earn between $45 - $75 per hour, with bonuses factored in.
