Autocraft is a trusted auto body shop known for quality repairs and outstanding customer service. We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team and help customers navigate the repair process with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles to assess damage and create detailed repair estimates
Work with insurance companies and customers to ensure smooth claim processing
Provide clear and professional communication regarding repair costs and timelines
Utilize estimating software (CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell) to generate accurate appraisals
Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain detailed records of estimates, supplements, and approvals
Qualifications
✅ Experience in auto body estimating (1+ years preferred)
✅ Proficiency with CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell software
✅ Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance guidelines
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Valid driver’s license required
