Responsibilities:
Build uniquely creative homes, where each structure is a work of art.
Problem solve on small and large scale projects.
Learn about innovative building materials for the best in sustainability, performance, and beauty, while working alongside true artisans.
Lead small crews of all experience levels in executing field activities for high-end custom residential builds
Maintain reliable work with a reputable organization, while enjoying a supportive work environment with opportunity for advancement.
Required Skills & Characteristics:
Experienced construction professional with five years of field practice with a deep understand of on-site operations.
Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical construction drawings.
Perform strenuous physical activity for long periods of time.
Possess experience and ownership of hand tools.
Follow instructions and see a task through to completion.
Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive attitude.
Show up on time and remain engaged with a project to completion.
Communicate in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Have an interest in sustainability (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Classification: Full-time, Hourly / Non-Exempt
Schedule: M-F / 8 hrs / Start time: 7:30 am / End Time: 4 pm
Compensation: $42-$46/ yr
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
