Responsibilities:
Oversee landscaping and groundskeeping
Schedule and supervise maintenance activities including lawn mowing, walkway cleaning & blowing, recirculating pond cleaning & maintenance
Manage equipment and supply inventories
Coordinate with vendors and property owners
Requirements:
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
Leadership or supervisory experience
Basic proficiency or fluency in English (written and spoken)
Driver’s license (if applicable)
Ability to use scheduling or reporting software (if needed)
