We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join our team part-time in Morro Bay. This is a physical, hands-on role with room to grow into a Production Manager as we scale.
About Surf Gems:
We’re a small jewelry brand that transforms surfboard waste into vibrant, one-of-a-kind jewelry. Every piece is handmade in our Morro Bay studio with care for the planet and the people who wear it.
What You’ll Do:
Cut, sand, drill, and assemble jewelry
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Help improve systems and workflows
Collaborate on production planning

Pay & Perks:
$20/hour to start
