CP Landscapes, Inc is based out of Morro Bay and primarily works on the coast.
We focus on an enjoyable work environment while instilling a strong work ethic within our team.
We are currently looking for someone who can work for 8-9 hours a day while keeping a positive attitude.
We would like someone who wants to learn to become or already is a horticulturist.
The position is for Landscape Construction and some Landscape Maintenance.
Competitive Pay will depend on experience, call to discuss.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to read a tape measure and add and subtract fractions.
Experience in landscape construction or other trade that build decks, fences, pavers patio and driveways as well as doing irrigation work.
Possess willingness to learn new skills and have a positive attitude.
Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
Familiar with company manual and policies contained and set forth, include safety guidelines/standards.
Use assigned tools and equipment in proper/safe manner.
Assist loading and unloading work trucks and trailers.
Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
Be able to reach overhead.
Be able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending. over, sitting,
kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
Be able to lift 50# of weight
Be able to bend and stoop repeatedly throughout assigned workday.
Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks.
Reliable transportation to job site/office.
Report to work at the assigned time and assigned location, perform duties as assigned. If unable to report to work,
notification to Supervisor is mandatory. Excessive days absent will result in dismissal or slower pay raises.
MINIMUM JOB SKILLS
Use assigned tools in a safe manner.
Become proficient in the use of saws, drills, transit, etc…
Become proficient in the use of basic power equipment used for landscape maintenance operations.
Perform regular safety inspections on vehicle and trailer and tools.
Communicate w/ lead people regarding progress of tasks.
Able to meet company production rates and standards
Be punctual (we start work at 7:00 a.m.)
Self-motivated
Be able to problem solve
Be able to speak English
