The Landscape Maintenance Project Manager mission at Dan's Landscaping is to get the particulars of a maintenance and service project right and work with the customer from first contact through final invoice and beyond.
Landscape Project Manager Expectations:
-Contacting and meeting with new leads for maintenance and/or service work
- Creating estimates for existing customers for services to improve their landscape
- Talking to new/existing customers about issues and coming up with solutions that satisfy the customer, the company, and the landscape
- Meeting with maintenance technicians about areas of focus, customer feedback, areas of improvement, and miscellaneous items
-Walk through of approved bid work with maintenance technician for quality assurance
-Walk through of completed work with customer for quality assurance
-Completing all invoicing paperwork and service work orders for billing purposes
- Recording service work logs
- Set up weekly maintenance scheduling mobile app
- Monthly evaluations of current maintenance properties
- Building and maintaining customer relationships

Landscape Project Manager Skills and Experience needed to be successful:
-Landscape experience and horticulture knowledge is PREFERRED (e.g., plant names, correct way to perform basic landscape maintenance, and irrigation knowledge)
-College degree in landscaping or equivalent PREFERRED
- Sales/Customer Service experience a PLUS
- Analytical and math skills are REQUIRED
-Valid Driver's License with CLEAN driving record REQUIRED
-Friendly, outgoing, able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life
- Reliable and organized
-Tech savvy... flip phones need not apply
-Leadership skills with a "go getter" attitude
-Conversational Spanish a PLUS
-Ability to pass background and drug screening
