Property Maintenance
Morro Bay
Labor Finders is currently seeking a property maintenance person to fill an opening in Morro Bay. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be physically able to perform the job duties. Sample duties include basic maintenance of properties, door, and hardware installation, etc.
Responsibilities
● Operate a variety of power hand tools; assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery, buildings and equipment.
● Follow directions in construction and repair of sewer mains, storm conduits, curbs, gutters, and drainage facilities.
● Clean and clear facilities of debris; lift and move heavy objects; replace minor parts and supplies such as light bulbs and fuses.
● Perform related work as required.
● Installing trim, window/door casings, crown molding, hardware etc.
Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Experience in the field of at least 1-2 years current work history.
● Physically able to perform all job duties
● Flexible with reliable transportation
● Must have valid forms of ID to prove eligibility to work in the US.
● Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
● Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to work outside in all types of weather.
● Must have at least 1 to 2 years of recent/verifiable work history. Must be a hard worker and able to take direction.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position will range from $18 - $22 per hour. DOE
