Hours are 6:30 am to 2:30 am daily, M-F, no weekends

Central Coast Door and Window supplies doors, windows and moldings to professional
contractors in San Luis Obispo county. We focus on excellence in our craft and building long

We are looking for a new employee with skills in these areas:
Our door shop produces prehung doors.
This involves machining doors for hinges, bore and bevel then
matching the doors to the jambs and making a prehung door.
We are supplying material to custom home builders and are looking
for somebody with an eye for quality woodworking.
You need to be skilled with table saws, routers, sanders and other
woodworking hand tools.
This position also entails unloading trucks. We have a system of racks
and forklifts. Most items can be moved by sliding, but some items need
to be lifted and can be heavy.
And last we are looking for somebody with a clean DMV and the ability
to deliver material with a truck and trailer. We use 1 ton trucks and 17' long
covered trailers. It is very important that material be delivered safely and
without damage. The ability to navigate jobsite conditions and backing
up a trailer is important.
All deliveries are in SLO county.
Typically deliveries are only 3-4 days a week.
Most days will be spent in our shop working with doors and unloading trucks.
If you have some but not all of these skills but are willing to learn we can train you.
There are opportunities to advance and make more pay by moving to inside sales.
