We are a specialty construction company looking to hire someone interested in learning a trade. Drive up and down the coast, meeting interesting people, going into beautiful homes, and working within a small owner operated company with room for growth. No experience required, but must like people. Absolutely essential that you must be good with people.
We consult, measure, and install window coverings for big box stores, interior design firms, general contractors, and others. We specialize in shutters, blinds, shades, and high end draperies. It’s a combination of design, construction, and customer service.
Very rarely any need to work nights or weekends. Our guys may be asked to work a Saturday once or twice a year. We train you for 4 weeks at a lower rate and then bump you to $24 with further bonuses for sales once you’re comfortable with our product lines. For the right employee, owner would help them start their own business or make them a partner.
No health benefits but we do offer PTO.
