We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Automotive Service Technician (Lube & Tire Tech) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on automotive work while also engaging with customers to ensure they have the best experience possible. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services and assisting customers with their automotive needs.
Lube Technician Duties:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately
- Mount and balance tires and perform wheel alignments
- Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report findings to the service manager
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly handled
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed
Customer Service Duties:
-Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-ins
- Communicate clearly with customers about their service needs and maintenance recommendations
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service
- Work with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service completion
- Cashier and work order finalization
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
