What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director, Wellness, Retail, & Club 1927, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Provide a variety of professional massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and moreConduct  consultations to assess individual needs, preferences, and any health considerations prior to treatmentsDeliver personalized, high-quality massage services that align with Fairmont policies and proceduresEnsure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the spa experiencePerform massage and body treatments safely and effectively according to protocols and standardsAdjust pressure, techniques, and treatments based on guest preferences and feedbackMonitor guest comfort and respond promptly to any concerns during treatmentsPrepare treatment rooms before and after each service according to spa cleanliness and presentation standardsMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and linensEnsure proper use and care of spa products, oils, tools, and suppliesRecommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance guest wellness and treatment resultsEducate guests on aftercare and wellness practices to extend the benefits of treatmentsMaintain accurate service records and communicate guest preferences when appropriateWork collaboratively with spa therapists, attendants, and spa reception to ensure smooth daily operationParticipate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activitiesContribute to a positive, professional, and relaxing spa environmentMaintain guest confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all timesFollow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and spa policiesOther duties as assigned
