Description Robert Half's real estate client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions. This role is crucial to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.About the Role:The Bookkeeper will be responsible for a variety of bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to:
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger.
Preparing and posting journal entries.
Generating financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements).
Managing payroll processing (if applicable).
Maintaining organized and accurate financial records.

Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
