Job DescriptionJob Description: Provides age-specific, quality, patient-centered care to all patients using the nursing process and standards of nursing practice with sensitivity and respect for the diversity of the human experience Expedites appropriate care and treatment, using critical reasoning and astute clinical judgment especially given the patient may present with complex problems or potentially life-threatening conditions Ideal candidate will have PACU experience with the following types of cases: ENT, Plastics, General Breast, General Surgery, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Urology, GYN, Pain cases, and Interventional Radiology procedures Will be expected to rotate to other perianesthesia unitsSkills and RequirementsMINMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited academic institution. (preferred)Licenses and Certifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
