What We Need: ✅ Proven experience in veterinary bookkeeping (you understand how clinics operate, how drugs etc are categorized!)
✅ QuickBooks Online and Desktop mastery (you can navigate both with confidence)
✅ Tech savvy—comfortable with cloud-based tools, apps, and paperless processes
✅ Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
