Duties/Responsibilities
Data Entry! Tech savvy and super comfortable typing.
- Bilingual (fluent in SPANISH/ENGLISH) able to translate simultaneously.
-Deliver great customer service!
Follow up with projects and getting updates, relaying information to other members involved in the project.
Following up daily on active appointments
Organized, patient, and not shy away from multi-tasking!
Team Player!
Positive, upbeat willing to contribute to the company's success.
-Data entry, filing, scanning, and copying, answering phone calls
-Tracking important documents, deadlines
-Maintain/update database daily.
-Answer telephones, route calls and take messages
Punctual.
Qualifications
Previous Office Experience
- Must have working knowledge of Work/Excel
-Work effectively in a team environment and ability to work independently.
-Maintain a high degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion.
-Maintain flexibility, willing to adapt to all situations and work.
-Dependable and team player.
-High School Diploma required. Experience in an office environment/customer sales is preferred.
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred!
