Reputable Architecture Firm with offices in San Jose and Stockton looking to fill several positions for Architect, Architectural Project Manager, Job Captain/Construction Administration positions for Education, Institutional and Commercial projects throughout Northern California.
Duties:
Work on a team providing design, construction documents and construction administration for projects ranging in value from $5M to $100M
Coordination of sub-consultant scopes of work
Manage budget and schedule on assigned projects
Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
Work in office and job sites (this is not a remote work position)
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture from accredited university
Minimum 10 years experience
Experience in K-12 Education and DSA work
Proficient in Revit
Proficient in Construction Administration process
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Architectural License preferred (not required)
Salary:
$80 - $130k based on qualifications and experience
