Experienced Banquet Chef for high volume private event center.
Self motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to function and act independently, supervise and work well with others in a team setting.
Make purchasing decisions (food, paper products and supplies) ensuring budgetary considerations.
Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Must have 5 years minimum of experience in preparation of quality food and beverage production, supervising staff, development and execution of menus.
