Hotel in Tracy, CA, is looking for a responsible and motivated individual who is interested in working in the hospitality industry. We currently have an opening for a customer representative who has a flexible schedule and can work front desk approximately 20-30 hours a week. The front desk agent is responsible for greeting guests, guest check in/out, acknowledge Rewards Club members, telephone operations, cash handling, and staying one step ahead of guests' needs.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 18 years of age
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Customer Service experience
-Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure situations
-Effective communication skills
-Good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computers
-Ability to handle difficult/hostile situations in the workplace
-Possess an approachable and welcoming personality
-Flexible availability that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
-Clean and professional appearance
-Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs
-Cash handling and credit transactions
