Cast Iron Trading Co - Purveyors of craft food and drinks.
Now hiring an experienced grill cook for our fast paced kitchen environment serving craft food.
1 Position available, need to be available:
— Thursday - Saturday night shifts.
— Tues-Friday lunch shifts.
20-32 hours a week starting. $18-$21/hr
Requirements:
Strong desire to make craft food and work in the commercial kitchen environment.
Willingness to learn all kitchen positions. Prep Cook, Line Cook, Expo, etc.
3-7 years kitchen experience on Grill REQUIRED.
Great attention to detail and ability to plate well.
Humble spirit and willingness to serve and be a part of a team.
High energy, self motivated, strong work ethic.
Good attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work in potentially very stressful and busy environment.
$18-21 starting. with room to grow and advance.
