Positions Available:
Host/Hostess:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming first impression.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
Assist with guest inquiries, provide information about the menu and specials, and ensure guests feel cared for from the moment they walk in.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entrance, lobby, and hostess stand.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.
Handle guest feedback professionally and work to resolve any issues promptly.
Servers:
Take orders, serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail, ensuring each guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to make informed recommendations.
Upsell menu items and specials, maximizing guest satisfaction and increasing sales.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service, including special dietary requests.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and payments efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
Bussers:
Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
Support the team by restocking silverware, glassware, and other supplies, maintaining readiness for service.
Help with maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
Respond to guest needs, such as refilling water glasses or delivering extra napkins, enhancing their dining experience.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Line Cooks:
Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all ingredients are properly stored, prepared, and ready for use.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, cooking temperatures, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in flavor, appearance, and quality of all dishes served.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for all positions.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
