New restaurant opens in Tracy by West Valley Mall! This beautifully decorated restaurant features bar and a patio. Casual fine dining atmosphere serving Asian inspired cuisine. Currently the restaurant is looking to hire qualified Sushi Chefs, Sushi Helpers, Preps, Servers, Bussers and Hostrees to join the team.
Minimum Requirements:
Sushi Chef:
-Full time position
-1 year of making quality sushi items
-Ability to cut sushi grade fish and make sushi rolls
-Able to work weekends, evenings & holidays
-Must have a valid CA Food Handler Card that is ANSI certified
Sushi Helper:
-Full time position
-Able to work weekends, evenings & holidays
-Kitchen experience is a plus but not necessary
-Must have a valid CA Food Handler Card that is ANSI certified
Late night and weekend availability;
Be passionate about serving high quality food;
Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
Good attitude and strong work ethic;
Great team player;
Ability to follow instructions and recipes correctly.
Experience is a plus, but not required.
