We are looking to hire Restaurant Managers. Positions require solid leadership and management skills to direct employees and the ability to provide consistent guest service.
Must be self directed and able to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment. Expected to follow directives/standards without deviation, follow our operating system and have solid personal organization skills. A personal commitment to guest satisfaction is a must.
Required to be Food Safety certified and have a working understanding of EEOC, Labor, Wage/Hour, ADA and Work Comp. laws.
Required flexibility to work any combination of days, shifts and/or hours, if required. Base workweek is 5 days / 50-55 hours minimum (subject to change depending on business needs). Denny's Restaurants are open 24/7/365 including all holidays.

Compensation: RM $18-$21 hourly or GM salary $66,560-75,000
