Looking for a fun and rewarding internship opportunity cheering people on as they gain their health and life back? Uyayi Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Clinic is looking for someone who is interested in learning about Chinese Medicine in a clinical setting, while also learning about the operations of running a clinic. This entails duties such as preparing rooms for the next patient, taking the trash out at the end of the work day, and at times answering the phones. Although this is an UNPAID Internship, in exchange you will be able to learn valuable clinical information from almost 15 years of clinical experience.
The ideal candidate is an Acupuncture Student who is committed to learning Chinese Medicine, and to aiding the clinic in the accomplishment of its patients’ health goals. You are someone who loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients, and make them feel like the only person in the room.
You are a jack or jill of all trades who can wear many hats, and will be an integral part of the team as we help people find their way towards health and wellness.
You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism, have Jedi-like anticipation, and cat-like reflexes.
We have an alternating weekday, daytime schedule from which we will decide together what days will work best for you and the clinic.
