Applied Behavior Consultants Inc. (ABC, Inc.) has been serving the needs of children with Autism and other special needs for 33 years and counting. You will be supervised and trained by staff with an average of over 10 years in the ABA field, who are certified by the BACB and have a passion for helping others reach their full potential. We are looking to grow our team of dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic staff who work every day to change the future for our clients.
Staff work 1:1 with children ages 18 months and older in our Stockton Center and In-home programs providing direct therapy to assist with educational, communication, social and behavioral goals.
These positions are part time, scheduled Monday-Friday mornings or Monday-Friday afternoons with some Saturdays as needed. Starting pay rates are $15.00- 18.00 per hours depending on education and ABA experience.
Applicants do not need to have experience or background in special education to apply!
We will provide full paid training in addition to paying all your fees to earn your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Supervision to maintain the certification will also be provided.
Applicants who are already certified as Registered Behavior Technicians at the time of hire will receive a $300.00 bonus after 90 days of employment.

Requirements to apply:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma/Equivalent complete
Reliable transportation
Driver’s license and auto insurance
Must be able to frequently run, walk, lift and stand for long periods of time.
Available Monday-Friday 7:45 AM- 12:00 PM or Monday- Friday 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM.
Must be willing to comply with all safety and health regulations/procedures in place for staff and clients.
