Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls
Listening to voicemails and returning all calls
Route calls to the appropriate person/location
Perfect Serve the physician for all urgent matters
Patient lab request/send lab orders to patient/labs/physicians
Check status of radiology orders for patients/physicians
Print and deliver faxes to appropriate person/department
Scanning and attaching chart notes/results as needed
Occasionally cover for front desk in other suites/sites for patient check in
Review the Quest trailer for additional coding
Assist with new hire training
Accept and receive incoming packages and deliver them to the appropriate suite
Possible position to promote to call center trainer depending upon job performance
Any other task your manager or administration asks of you

Qualifications
High school diploma
One year of experience in a medical field or one year of customer service/call center experience preferred
Bilingual (a plus but not required)
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office computer programs.
Working knowledge of EMR system

Travel as needed for training and vacation coverage purposes
Compensation:
Non-exempt, hourly position
Hourly range of $21.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience.
38-40 hours per week. Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Fridays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 1 (one) hour lunch break
Full medical coverage for the employee, can choose between Kaiser and Blue Shield Plans.
HSA is available to those who chose Blue Shield.
Dependents and Spouses can be added at the employee's expense

Scrub stipend in the spring and fall, $125
Monthly cell phone stipend of $15.00
PTO package-vacation and sick combined. Accrue 1.54 hours per pay period from date of hire. Accrual rate increases at the 1 year, 5 year and 10 year anniversary. PSL available as well after 90 day probation period is over.
