We are looking for a friendly, dedicated person to join our team. Position requires someone who can multi-task and works well under pressure. Position requires at least 12 months of dental experience with good communication skills. Internet and computer knowledge is a must. We are a modern, very clean, private family cosmetic/restorative dental office looking to add a dynamic individual to our team. The ideal candidate must have a self-driven personality and willingness to learn, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and high level of attention to details. Candidate must work fast and have a good clinical knowledge in, cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry, must be able to resolve issues and work on your own.We are known for providing excellent quality care to our patients in a caring, and supportive atmosphere. We are looking for a responsible, talented and reliable individual.
- Excellent/pleasant communication skills
-Assists the dentist in chair side treatment
-Taking digital x-rays
-Sterilizing dental instruments
-Review daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments
-Stock operator and maintain inventory
-Computerized charting
-Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred
Serves as the dental chair-side registered dental assistant.
Prepares operatory for patient treatment as per protocols and the dental providers directions.
Responsible for taking good, diagnostic dental x-rays in a timely fashion.
Performs independent procedures as delegated and directed by the dentist.
Maintains adequate operatory supplies and compiles a list of individual item shortages for
inventory control and ordering purposes.
Ensures the proper disposal of all materials in accordance with Dental Department directive,
center policy as well as state and federal regulation(s).
Performs all functions in full compliance with the Dental Department Exposure Control Plan
