Seeking Compassionate Live-in Caregiver (Lodi, CA)
$2500 Monthly- Live-In Caregiver
Healthcare background or some experience in caring for elderly persons with chronic health care issues is preferred. The recipient of care is our aunt of 89 years, who has mobility issues, diabetes, and other health issues requiring in-home care. The following ADL’s (Assistance with Daily Living) duties include:
Live in and on-call on working days to respond to needed assistance due to limited mobility
Standby assistance with restroom, shower, dressing and grooming.
Running errands as needed- shopping for essentials and medical appointments
Meal planning meeting nutritional
requirements and following dietary restrictions.
Medication reminders, monitoring the client's condition, and routine ulcer care
Laundry-bedding, towels, and clothing
Maintaining a clean and safe living area
Miscellaneous medical appointments if you are a car owner with good driving record.
Care routine will be outlined and coordinated with niece as representative to report her condition to her regularly. She and other family members live in homes next door for any medical emergencies and assistance.
Room and board with bedroom and private bath, and use of household kitchen are provided. No children or pets.
One month probation period with terms of employment continued at the discretion of family representative. Expectations of job performance will be outlined, and regular reporting of our aunt’s condition will be expected.
Cash will be paid every once a month.
Duties are mostly in morning and evenings, about 3 in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Specific days off are negotiable.
