Residential Repair/Restoration Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality repair and restoration work in the fields of carpentry, flooring, roofing and plumbing
Work as a reliable, committed member of a repair team
Always be positive and respectful, whether on site at customers home, in the company office or with work colleagues
Requirements:
Skilled in one or multiple trades (carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, dry wall, roofing)
Minimum 1-3 years in carpentry (required); direct experience in termite repairs (preferred)
High School or equivalent (preferred)
Positive attitude and Team Player
Skilled in problem solving and finding creative solutions
Abe to cope with time constraints and unexpected challenges
Active Drivers License & Clean DMV
Personal set of basic carpentry tools
