Looking for EXPERIENCED Concrete Foreman and Concrete Finishers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience needed
Experience/basic knowledge of Concrete/Masonry/Set up/Pouring
Strong Work Ethic
Manage Crew
Desire to work, learn and grow
Must be able to drive to job
Ability to effectively understand and communicate with Supervisors and crew members
Bilingual a plus
Pay rate based on experience
Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50lbs and complete repetitive tasks
Ability to withstand the elements
Practice COVID safety protocols
Basic familiarity with concrete tools and equipment
Projects located in the Central Valley Areas
We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a positive attitude and can work independently as well as with a small team all while being self-directed. You must be reliable, on time and efficient. The right candidate is comfortable sharing their knowledge but is also able to follow instructions and has a willingness to learn.
