Job opportunity overview:
Construction and Remodel Specialist for residential construction and remodel projects
Work in all aspects of residential construction from demo, framing, and tiling to the last finishing touches of painting and everything in between
Having your own tools is a plus but not required
Not a requirement to know how to do everything, but experience in a trade or a couple trades is a plus
Projects range from additions, floor plan changes, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, anything and everything residential construction related
Work in a positive motivated environment where learning and growth is encouraged
Work is Monday - Friday with weekend and overtime opportunities available but not required
Must be able to:
use hand tools and power tools
work in tight places like attics and crawl spaces as each project requires
lift a minimum of 50lbs
climb ladders and scaffolding
bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
work on your feet for extended periods of time
Get to work on time and act responsibly
positively converse with our customers as you’re in their homes, they must be comfortable with you in their homes
Qualifications:
2+ years in construction trades
Must have reliable transportation
Competitive compensation is based on prior experience
