We are seeking an experienced interior wall & door painter for a project in a single-story property (1,450 sqft) at Stockton,CA. The ideal candidate will have their own complete set of tools and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
(All necessary (paint only) for the project will be supplied. Please bring your own tools, sundries and professional expertise)
Project Details:
Scope: Interior painting of walls and doors only (no ceilings)
Areas: Standard-sized lounge, kitchen (kitchen cabinets excluded), hallway, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and garage.
Color: All walls & doors to be painted white only.
Expected Completion: Less than 2 days
Clean and precise workmanship is essential; the job will be inspected upon completion.
Work Schedule:
Start Date: November 9, 2024 -Saturday
End Date: November 10, 2024 - Sunday
Hours: Between 9 AM - 5 PM (8hrs/per day)
(Must complete the task in hand within this timeframe)
Compensation:
Total payment: $900.00 (cash) = $56.25/hr upon completion and successful inspection.
Note: Compensation is firm. (Not negotiable)
