A Winery in the Stockton area is actively seeking candidates to start Immediately. This is a six month contract with the potential to be hired on after the six months. The ideal candidate will have one year in a warehouse or production environment. However all applicants are welcomed to apply.Work Description:There are 4 bottling lines with various positions per line: Packer/sealer: will pull cases of wine from production line to check for proper labels and caps, loading labels into the machines Formers/Inserter: feeding flat boxes and inserts into case makers. Does require some heavy lifting and ability to get trained on forklift to move pallets of boxes Depal: cut shrink wrap and plastic pallet straps. Fix empty bottles that are hanging over. Mono/Filler: Check for falling bottles/crashes. Loading cap/corks into hoppers. R&G: Place capsules on bottles for heat shrink or spin P&A: Print or apply labels for wine cases. Load paper and ink into printers. General Winery Worker (GWW) are project based: Taper: Standing bottles up on conveyor line Inspector: Inspecting labels as they are passing through the lines. Half/Full Pad: Put corner boards on cases for protection during shipping.*Minimum Qualifications Required** Able to lift 25- 50 lbs on a consistent basis.* Must be organized, productive, self-motivated and dependable.* Must have reliable transportation.* Must be able to keep up with fast pace production * Training provided.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $13.00 / HourShifts: Multiple Shift6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2:00 PM - 10:30 PM10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Monday - Friday with some Sat for OTExperience: Manufacturing or production: 1 year (Preferred) About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
