The trim tech 1 MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR of TRIMMING EXPERIENCE ON YOUR RESUME ans is responsible for processing cannabis flower and is able to trim a large volume per day to meet daily quota, while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. The Trim Technician is expected to maintain trichome integrity, refrain from touching the flowers, and avoid cutting into or ‘shaping’ the flowers. The Trim Tech will be reporting to the Trim Lead and Director of Processing for all daily tasks. The trim tech may also help with defoliating, harvesting, hanging, and bucking.
