Job Description: As an Indoor Farming Employee, you will play an essential role in maintaining our farming facility. Your responsibilities will include a mix of physical labor, preventive maintenance, gardening tasks, and ensuring the cleanliness of the entire indoor growing environment.
Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize farming equipment, workspaces, and the general facility.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the farming operation running smoothly.
Assist with gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, and harvesting crops.
Handle heavy lifting and moving of materials, supplies, and crops.
Monitor plant health and report any issues to the management team.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to [50] lbs).
Experience in gardening, farming, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working with a positive attitude.
Willingness to perform physical labor and maintenance tasks.
