part time EXPERIENCED maintenance position for Mobile Home Park. minimum of 5 years of experience painting, sheet rock, plumbing with some skills doing light electrical. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Should have truck and most of your own tools. 25-30 hours per week. Helpful to have experience working in mobile home parks. RESUME REQUIRED.
