Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in irrigation systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduling.
3-5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance and chemical spraying.
Strong communication and writing skills – must be able to interact professionally with clients, managers, and crew.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
Experience operating a truck and trailer.
Comfortable with email, text, and reporting tools.
Physically fit – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Certificates in irrigation or pesticide application are a plus.
