A well established Progressive Property Management company looking for a Maintenance Technician experienced in turnovers and handyman services. We offer ongoing and on the job training to our employees to help advance their career.
40 hour per week plus a rotating on call schedule.
Hourly pay based on experience, sick and vacation pay plus paid holidays.
Tech I. 1year experience in property maintenance, turnover, painting and basic repairs of plumbing, carpentry and electrical
Tech II. 2 years experience all of the above plus Appliance repair and advanced training in plumbing carpentry and electrical.
HVAC a plus
Drivers License, insurance and Reliable transportation required.
Provide your own hand and basic power tools.
A go getter attitude with an urgency to get the job done right
Good attitude and able to work with a team, be a team player
HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience a plus
