Mitigation Technician
Job Type: Full time, rotating on call
Hourly: $20-25 Depending on experience
VALID CA DRIVERS LICENSE, PASS DRUG TEST, and CLEAN BACKGROUND
High school diploma accepted.
IICRC Certified: WRT (Preferred, but willing to send to training)

ServiceMaster Advantage is a full-service restoration company specializing in homeowner and commercial claims ranging from mitigation, rebuild, and contents cleaning and storage. Under the same ownership for the last 20 years and helping property owners through their claims process, creating a master moment turning a bad situation around with great service. We service the valley and surrounding areas.
The technician position handles daily emergencies that range from water mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage cleaning, demo, deodorization, sanitation, contents handling, and other related services. They respond to emergencies, triage and scope site, handle claim paperwork and daily work orders, pictures, place equipment, use of drop box on site to transfer pictures to office, draw sketches, communicating safety concerns, preform light demo, and content manipulation as regular tasks. Basic construction knowledge is very helpful. You must be able to lift 50 pounds with ease, be able to wear a respirator, and use power tools safely.
