Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is a national leader in propane cylinder exchange. We are looking for a Productions Specialist to join our team in our Lathrop production plant. Our Production Specialists play a key role in the process of quality, and safe and efficient, refilling, revalving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders.ÂÂ

Starting pay rate $14/hr.
Our Production Specialists will typically work a 4 day work week during the off season (4-10 hour days) with the possibility of overtime in peak season. Typical Schedule is Monday-Thursday, with OT as necessary.Â
Qualified candidates must display integrity and a strong work ethic. The Production Specialist position is labor intensive, requiring frequent lifting of 40 pound cylinders for unloading, loading, stacking, etc. The work environment is an outdoor work environment, so those interested must be willing to work in a non-temperature controlled environment. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working outside, in a plant environment, or in a general labor capacity.
