Job DescriptionGraveyard ShiftPosition SummaryUnder general supervision, provide and ensure Quality Services operational support during the packaging process. Validate compliance to finished goods specifications. Adherence to GMP’s and conduct routine packaging line and package audits on finished products. Communicate with and provide feedback to production team members to facilitate process improvement.ResponsibilitiesReview and ensure line sanitation completion prior to start-up of productionVerify product and supporting records prior to startup of production and tank transfersVerify bottle, case labels and other dry material per SAP work order prior to start-up of productionPerform quality line checks against quality requirements and records data through-out productionPull finished product samples at defined intervals and evaluates against quality requirements including laboratory analysis and packaging inspections.Maintain clear, concise and accessible records of all data from all line monitoring activities, and analysis of finished goods samplesPlate bottled wine samples for microbial stability assessment.Routinely pull, record and store hold back samples throughout productionCommunicate quality issues to Senior level Quality Technician or Supervisor. Support investigationsCalibrate laboratory equipmentRun control checks on equipment to ensure it is working properlyPerforms typical lab analyses with accuracy, precision, timeliness in accordance with SOPsMaintain lab and equipment cleanliness and a safe, sanitary working environment.Adhere to and promote safety in accordance with policies and procedures.
