Title: Safety Coordinator | Pay Rate: $19 - $20.00 DOE |Benefits: Medical and Dental
Position requires driving must have valid driver's license
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
As a Safety Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to develop a great career in safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and that we comply with all regulatory and OSHA requirements. This includes walking the floor, training new hires on safety protocols and processes, addressing any unsafe actions or conditions, completing injury investigations and reports, hosting daily safety meetings, and tracking injury data.
You will need to be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and have strong communication skills. This position requires a person with a passion for safety and an eye for detail. We are looking for someone with the drive to make sure our employees are working in safe conditions at all times.

Requirements:
Experience in safety compliance or related field is preferred, but not required
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Passion for safety and knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred.

In addition to the duties outlined above, the successful candidate will also build a culture of safety within the organization. This includes developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, training employees on proper safety protocols, conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment for potential hazards and engaging in proactive initiatives to prevent workplace injuries. Furthermore, they will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, staying up to date on industry trends and regulations, and continuously educating our employees on safety requirements.
