We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to join our team at our Clements and Lodi locations.
Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Worker at Domo Wine Services, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse environments and be certified to operate a forklift. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping wine products while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move pallets of wine within the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to client specifications.
Assist with receiving shipments and properly storing products in designated areas.
Maintain accurate inventory by performing regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Comply with all safety protocols and procedures, especially when operating machinery.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
