Growing Unlawful Detainer Assistant business seeking a litigation or eviction paralegal to join our team.
This is not so much an employment opportunity as it is a business opportunity for the right person or husband/wife team.
Ideally you will have several years of litigation experience: familiarity with the courts, legal forms, electronic filing, electronic signatures, process serving, typing skills.
You will be responsible for growing clientele in an established business which is currently turning away business.
You will work from home.
You are content and financially stable enough to work part-time initially while your portion of the business grows.
You must have an entrepreneur’s mindset. We do not hire “employees” at this business. The Pareto principal says that 20% of an organization does 80% of the work. Our goal is to partner with people from the 20%.
Personal qualities that are highly important: Responsible, respectful of time commitments, honest and authentic, great communicator, client-focused, perfectionist but able to admit mistakes, willing to take direction while trust is built.
