We have an immediate opening for a CNC Programmer and CNC Machinist
This is a long -term, full-time position. We are seeking a candidate that has 5 to 7 years of CNC Programming.
Programming for 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC Mills
Ability to program for tight tolerance work
Understanding of GD&T
Responsibilities and duties:
MRP software proficiency supporting all departments.
CAD model and drawing proficiency. Comfortable in a CAD environment. Able to extract dimensions from digital models and understand drawing requirements. Able to produce CAD models and drawings, as directed. A solid understanding of GD &T; is required to execute these functions.
Qualifications:
Able to comprehensively read and interpret detailed manufacturing drawings.
5 Axis experience a plus.
Possess a strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y 14.5.
Experience with Mill
Experience setting up and troubleshooting mill.
Knowledge of G code editing, and troubleshooting is a must
