Job Description:
As a Sandblaster/Grinder at Rackley Bilt Custom Trailers, you will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces for painting and finishing. This critical role ensures that all surfaces are smooth, clean, and free of rust, paint, and other contaminants, guaranteeing the highest quality finish for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare trailer surfaces.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Inspect surfaces to ensure they are properly cleaned and prepared for painting.
Perform routine maintenance on sandblasting equipment.
