Edwards & Associates, an independent annuity and retirement planning firm, is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client communication, and has strong technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Print, scan, and organize client documents
Maintain digital filing systems and assist with general office organization
Send out birthday cards and manage client communication lists
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable with technology (email platforms, PDF tools, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, scanners, etc.)
Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
Work Details:
Hybrid position: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person days as needed
Training: 2-week in-person training period to start
Schedule: Part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability
