Administrative
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to assist the General Manager with various administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will:
- have experience in the construction or home building industry, but it is not a hard requirement.
- be responsible for processing contracts, handling insurance documentation, and other general administrative tasks as needed.
- handle customer and vendor inquiries related to projects underway.
- assist in doing takeoffs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Prior experience in the construction or home building industry.
