Admin/Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced preferred Logistics Admin/Office clerk to join our team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and ensuring efficient and effective logistics processes while assisting the Terminal and Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Assist warehouse operations, including inventory/Order management, delivery logistics

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of freight.

- Assisting Terminal and Office Manger

Skills:

- Proven experience in logistics Office clerical, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and Office duties

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office- All formats

- Type 30 words per min

- Understands how to use Google Maps and other navigation platforms

- mutli tasker, fast learner, attention to detail is a must.

-Bilingual Preferred

- Ability to use and Navigate multiple screens

-Strong customer service skills

- Answering phones, filing, organization skills.

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a logistics context
