Quality Pest Services, Inc. is an industry leading subcontract, Fumigation, Heat and Insulation company, providing superior service to the best termite companies throughout Southern California. We are seeking an energetic, intelligent, well qualified administrator to join our great team and assist us at the Stockton Branch.
Duty shall include : answering phones receiving/processing customer orders, performing data entry, dispatching and labor coordinating, project managing, generating work orders and daily schedules, filing and providing impeccable customer service to our homeowners, prime contractors and crews.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work well in a fast pace environment and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Pest control experience a plus
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
